Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in material control and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with the SAP P2P cycle is beneficial.
• Strong communication with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and process material requirements created by the requester to ensure minimum information is provided for timely processing.
• Review and process stock movements and goods receipts to ensure items are assigned to correct store locations.
• Maintain master data records reflecting changes by storemen.
• Gather status updates and keep internal clients informed on behalf of the SCM department.
• Utilize existing stock within the group to minimize external spend and optimize turnover rates.
• Coordinate clarifications with requesters and involved functions in daily operations.
