Samsung E&A in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Procurement/Material Control Supervisor for the Fadhili Gas Increment Program Project. The role oversees purchasing officers and warehouse staff, ensuring timely procurement and optimal inventory control to support oil and gas operations.

You will draft policies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with construction teams to deliver materials on schedule. Requires 1–6 years in procurement, strong ERP/MRP skills, and knowledge of industry practices.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in procurement or material control.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and procedures.
• Experience in oil, gas, petrochemical, or power plants is preferred.
• Engineering/Construction company background advantageous.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Draft procurement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and organize department activities to meet goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials for site operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities to procurement staff at site.
• Supervise material movement, inventory, and warehouse control.
