Job summary

Thrive Management Services in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to lead end-to-end procurement of raw materials, oversee purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain uninterrupted material availability for manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will negotiate pricing and terms, manage supplier relationships, and ensure accurate records in SAP/ERP while aligning with Planning, Production, Warehouse and Quality teams to prevent stock-outs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 6 to 7 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Skills: Procurement ops and PO management; supplier relationship management; commercial negotiations; inventory and material planning coordination; SAP/ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations & Purchase Order Management: Manage procurement of raw materials in line with production and business requirements; issue, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Supplier Coordination & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements; coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time order confirmations and deliveries.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Material Availability: Monitor material availability and work with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to prevent stock-outs.
• Records & Data Management: Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier master data in SAP/ERP systems.
• Issue Resolution & Supplier Development: Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, shortages, quality concerns, and documentation discrepancies; identify alternate suppliers and support supplier qualification activities; track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare procurement reports, open PO trackers, and material availability updates.
