Qualifications

JOB DETAILS Position Title Senior Procurement Executive Reports to Manager Purchase Department Purchase Division Purchase

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY Responsible for end-to-end procurement operations for raw materials ensuring timely sourcing purchase order execution supplier coordination and uninterrupted material availability to support manufacturing operations

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES DUTIES

• Procurement Operations amp Purchase Order Management Manage procurement of raw materials in line with production and business requirements Issue track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Supplier Coordination amp Negotiation Negotiate pricing payment terms and supply agreements with suppliers Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time order confirmations and deliveries
• Cross-Functional Coordination amp Material Availability Monitor material availability and work with Planning Production Warehouse and Quality teams to prevent stock-outs Records amp Data Management Maintain procurement records contracts and supplier master data in SAP ERP systems
• Issue Resolution amp Supplier Development Resolve supplier-related issues including delays shortages quality concerns and documentation discrepancies Identify alternate suppliers and support supplier qualification activities Track supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Reporting amp Documentation Prepare procurement reports open PO trackers and material availability updates

Location Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia if required
