Job summary

Hungerstation is seeking a Rider Onboarding Specialist to grow our rider network and expand 3PL collaborations in the Riyadh region. You will work closely with operations and management to implement scalable logistics plans and improve service levels.

Key focus areas include onboarding riders, monitoring KPI performance, and developing training programs using HungerStation LMS to boost efficiency, safety, and customer experience across our delivery ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in logistics or e-commerce operations.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new riders to serve business needs.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
• Prepare and implement logistics plans for new expansions.
• Coordinate with management on ongoing activities affecting logistics.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports for strategic decisions.
• Resolve critical distribution problems.
• Manage onboarding queue for shops with stakeholders.
• Develop and update training curricula for riders and 3PL operators.
• Deploy training materials via HungerStation LMS.
• Establish partnerships with external institutions.
• Measure training efficacy using satisfaction scores and data.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and continuity.
• Prepare timely reports meeting objectives and standards.
• Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers.
• Follow policies, procedures and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
• Promote policy adherence across the organization.
