Job summary

Hungerstation is seeking a Rider Onboarding Specialist to grow our rider network and expand 3PL collaborations in the Riyadh region. You will work closely with operations and management to implement scalable logistics plans and improve service levels.

Key focus areas include onboarding riders, monitoring KPI performance, and developing training programs using HungerStation LMS to boost efficiency, safety, and customer experience across our delivery ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new riders to serve business needs.

• Resolve critical distribution problems.

Key Accountability Areas

Rider Onboarding

• Acquire new riders to serve business needs.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
• Support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles.
• Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for new expansions of the company's services.
• Liaise regularly with business management in order to understand ongoing business activities and developments and the implications this will have for coordinated logistics provision.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports in order to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making.
• Resolve critical logistics problems that are related to the distribution of supply vs demand.
• Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are aligned and followed.
• Develop, maintain, and modernize localized training curricula for riders and 3PL operators covering operational efficiency, app usage, customer etiquette, and safety.
• Champion the deployment of training materials via HungerStation Learning Management System (LMS) for remote, on-demand education.
• Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions.
• Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and performance data.
• Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.
• Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
