Job summary

Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Rider onboarding, training and incubation lead in Riyadh. You will manage onboarding for riders, develop training curricula, and coordinate with 3PL partners to expand operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in logistics or e-commerce operations, strong project management and analytical skills, and the ability to drive training initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new riders to serve business needs.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
• Support 3PL companies with issues and obstacles.
• Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for new expansions of the company's services.
• Liaise regularly with business management to understand activities and implications for logistics.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports for strategic decision-making.
• Resolve critical logistics problems related to supply vs demand.
• Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are followed.
• Develop, maintain, and modernize training curricula for riders and 3PL operators.
• Champion deployment of training materials via HungerStation LMS for remote, on-demand education.
• Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions.
• Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and performance data.
• Follow daily operations to ensure work continuity.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports to meet requirements and standards.
• Ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers.

Key Accountability Areas

Rider Onboarding

• Acquire new riders to serve business needs.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
• Support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles.
• Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for new expansions of the company's services.
• Liaise regularly with business management in order to understand ongoing business activities and developments and the implications this will have for coordinated logistics provision.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports in order to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision‑making.
• Resolve critical logistics problems that are related to the distribution of supply vs demand.
• Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are aligned and followed.
• Develop, maintain, and modernize localized training curricula for riders and 3PL operators covering operational efficiency, app usage, customer etiquette, and safety.
• Champion the deployment of training materials via HungerStation Learning Management System (LMS) for remote, on‑demand education.
• Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions.
• Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and performance data.
• Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards .
• Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
