Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reward Management & Promotions Lead to oversee customer rewards, member offers, and promotional activities across multiple business units. You will drive cross-functional campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize partnerships with Marketing, Digital, and IT teams.

Strong English communication and CRM experience are essential. The role requires 3–5 years in Loyalty, Rewards, or CRM, with a focus on data-driven decision making and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Loyalty, Rewards, Promotions, CRM, or Customer Engagement.
• Experience in loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, or member offers.
• Experience in campaign performance analysis and customer/member data.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and external partners.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, membership, or loyalty platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate corporate rewards, member offers, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor reward utilization, redemption, member participation, and campaign performance.
• Analyze member behavior and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-business rewards, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Support partnerships, discounts, and member benefits development and management.
• Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, IT, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare performance reports, post-campaign insights, and action plans.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to enhance the rewards proposition.
