Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Reward Management & Promotions Lead to oversee customer rewards, member offers, and promotional activities across our Retail, Entertainment, and Commercial divisions, plus partner businesses. You will drive loyalty initiatives, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Data & Analytics, IT, and Commercial teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Loyalty/CRM, promotions, or customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, loyalty, CRM, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in loyalty, rewards, promotions, CRM, or customer engagement.
• Experience with loyalty programs and member offers.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate corporate rewards, member offers, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor reward utilization, redemption, member participation, and campaign performance.
• Analyze member behavior and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-business rewards, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Support the development and management of partnerships, discounts, and member benefits.
• Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, IT, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare performance reports, post-campaign insights, and action plans.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to enhance the rewards proposition.
