Job summary

Aon Rewards is seeking a cooperative intern in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work with senior consultants on compensation studies and client projects within the Aon Rewards group, gaining exposure to asset management and capital markets contexts.

The internship emphasizes data preparation, analysis, and presentation, with expectations of English and Arabic communication, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a university; preferably with a degree in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting analysts in the preparation of compensation statistics for final survey publication
• Loading and reviewing firm compensation information, as well as, resolving data issues with clients
• Preparing client presentations, you bring knowledge and expertise
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic
• Detail oriented
• Works well under pressure
• Works well with others as well as individually
• Willingness to work overtime (as needed)
