Job summary

Mercer Riyadh is offering a 6-month paid co-op internship in investment consulting. You will work as an analyst, handling investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, and portfolio construction reviews.

You'll build client-facing materials, analyze data, and use Mercer's tools to interpret results. Expect mentorship, formal training, and the possibility of a full‑time role after the internship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
• Experience with data analysis and presenting insights clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for client interactions.
• Willingness to learn new tools and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, and portfolio construction reviews.
• Develop client-facing materials: analysis, commentary, performance reporting, and advice.
• Operate Mercer's proprietary tools to analyze asset allocations and managers.
• Liaise with investment managers, record keepers, and custodians to clarify data.
• Support investment consultants in client and prospect relationships.
• Contribute to internal projects and handle ad‑hoc client questions.
• Participate in client conversations with confidence at all levels.
