Job summary

Reef Group in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage compensation, benefits, allowances, and job grades. You will analyze cost data, maintain compliant records, and support benchmarking activities across the organization.

The role requires 3-6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Arabic and English. You will collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate, fair, and competitive reward practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in compensation & benefits administration.
• Salary and employment cost analysis.
• Job grading and allowances.
• Benchmarking and reporting.
• HR policies and compliance.
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Good Arabic and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Review allowance and benefit requests to ensure alignment with policies and job grades.
• Analyze salary, benefits, and employment cost data and prepare reports.
• Support the preparation and updating of allowance and benefits structures.
• Review job-grade data and ensure alignment with approved compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate with employee affairs and payroll teams for accurate implementation.
• Follow up on benefit and allowance adjustment requests and provide recommendations.
• Prepare periodic reports on compensation, benefits, costs, and variances.
• Support benchmarking activities and related analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and benefits records.
