This role focuses on efficient stock control and timely reporting with monthly or as-needed updates. The position requires a Diploma or BS in logistics, supply chain management or business management and 0-2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS in logistics, supply chain management or business management.
• 0-2 years' experience in a returns/logistics role.
• Certification may be beneficial depending on employer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire returns area and team.
• Audits Returns Factor Codes used by Returns Associates.
• Audits repairs are not sending parts that go to stock erroneously.
• Audits that re-wrap is performed correctly and records are kept.
