Job summary

Ninja warehouse in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Returns Team Leader to oversee daily returns receiving, verification, and inventory accuracy in the Central Warehouse. You will lead a frontline team and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure compliant dispositions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Certification in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating frontline warehouse activities.
• Strong knowledge of returns processes, receiving, verification, and inventory movements.
• Proficiency with WMS and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily returns receiving and processing in Central Warehouse.
• Verify returned quantities, item details, condition, reasons, and documents.
• Ensure accurate recording in WMS and maintain traceability.
• Investigate discrepancies with Stock Control and relevant teams.
• Coordinate with QA for product condition assessment when required.
• Lead and allocate daily tasks based on volumes and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, attendance, and adherence to safety.
• Prepare daily/periodic operational reports.
• Escalate significant issues to the Inbound Manager.
