Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development to create and oversee training programs for its retail teams. You will collaborate with HR/L&D and store management to identify needs, design effective curricula, and ensure consistent learning experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with HR specialization (CIPD) is required.
• 8-10 years in Training or Retail operations roles is expected.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across the retail workforce.
• Publish annual and monthly training calendars for territories in coordination with Head of L&D.
• Design, develop, and update training materials and resources.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and virtually.
• Monitor progress, coach employees, and provide performance feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records and dashboards.
