Job summary

Landmark Group in Jeddah is seeking a Regional Manager to drive territory sales, oversee store operations, and implement multi-channel retail strategies across Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate with good retail experience
• Arabic – able to communicate (KSA/Oman); English – advanced (read, write, speak)
• Minimum 5 years of regional management experience and 3 years of store operations experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for territory/regional sales targets, gross and net profit.
• Plan and implement regional initiatives to drive sales using Shukran data, monitoring ATV, UPT and conversions.
• Plan and implement multi-channel concept retail strategy in the region.
• Increase ecommerce channel business contribution in the region.
• Monitor productivity and optimize returns per square foot and sales per employee.
• Gather market and competitor information to improve concept offering.
• Ensure concept standards and audit requirements are met in stores.
• Organize store design, refurbishment, or closure per development plans.
