Job summary

Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with strong retail leadership to drive in-store performance and customer experience. You will recruit and coach a team, manage store operations, and closely monitor sales KPIs to maximize stock potential.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with responsibility for scheduling, forecasting, and local store initiatives aligned to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in GCC retail beauty
• Experience meeting customer service targets and KPIs
• Operations experience incl. inventory, facilities, and cash handling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard best-in-class team delivering excellent customer experience
• Manage store operations to hit sales objectives and KPIs
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports/insights to maximize stock potential
• Coach frontline team to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate hands-on sales leadership on the shop floor
• Maintain staffing levels and schedule shifts for optimal coverage
• Forecast seasonal peaks and plan staff rotas accordingly
• Contribute to local store marketing and in-store events
• Oversee inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with regional culture and local regulations through training
