• Monitor lease expiry dates, renewal deadlines, and contractual obligations to ensure timely action.
• Review lease agreements, amendments, and addendums, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with approved terms.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other relevant departments to facilitate contract execution and renewal.
• Maintain an organized database of lease agreements, payment schedules, and related documents.
• Coordinate with landlords, shopping mall management, property owners, and real estate partners.
• Negotiate rental rates, renewal terms, and lease conditions to achieve cost-effective agreements.
• Address lease-related issues, disputes, and requests with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain professional relationships with landlords to support ongoing operations and future expansion.
• Monitor rental payments, security deposits, and other lease-related expenses.
• Support rental budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Review rental increases and identify opportunities to optimize leasing costs.
• Prepare cost comparisons and recommendations for lease renewals and renegotiations.
