You will welcome customers, open/close store duties, merchandise, and drive sales while upholding the highest professional standards.

You will communicate in English, apply optimized customer service, and act as a brand ambassador to ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident with their purchase.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience and in the possession of an optical diploma (Optometrist).
• Optical License.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience as an Optometrist in a retail or optical setting.
• In-depth knowledge of vision correction, frame styling, lens types, and coatings.
• Proficiency in performing accurate measurements, including pupillary distance (PD).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships.

• Conduct thorough eye examinations and aftercare.
• Recommend eyewear and eye care solutions to customers.
• Open and close store operations; merchandising and selling.
