We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff hiring and training, inventory management, and budgeting
• Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere for guests through excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met
• Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or wastage
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements
