The ideal candidate has proven restaurant management experience in fast-paced environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
• Languages: English, Arabic, or Hindi considered a plus.

A well-established restaurant in Medina is looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team. As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling inventory management and budgeting
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to promote and improve the restaurants overall performance
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative menu items
• Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients at competitive prices
• Monitor sales and revenue trends to make necessary adjustments for profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Fluent in English Arabic or Hindi is a plus

Salary $1700 per month negotiable based on experience
