We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Medina This position requires someone with strong leadership skills exceptional customer service and the ability to manage a team effectively The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to handle fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of servers cooks and other staff members
• Ensure all staff members are properly trained on menu items service standards and health safety protocols
• Create work schedules for staff members ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
• Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make adjustments as needed to meet budget targets

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
• Experience with inventory management ordering supplies and controlling costs
