Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar in fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred.
