As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing a team of staff and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of servers, chefs and other restaurant staff
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Create schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Work with the kitchen team to develop menus and daily specials
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management
• Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and make necessary improvements to enhance their dining experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
