Restaurant Manager vacancy in Jizan Saudi Arabia

A well-established Indian restaurant in Jizan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1,700 per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Create schedules for staff, manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Continuously monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and special promotions.

Requirements
