Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Mecca.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of servers, chefs and other restaurant staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
