Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the all-day dining brasserie, pool bar, and beach service, ensuring exceptional luxury service across breakfast, lunch, and family-focused periods. You will orchestrate guest experiences with energy, discipline and a refined, personalized touch expected from Rosewood.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B management within luxury hotels or resorts, with strong cross-department collaboration and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong experience in all-day dining, breakfast operations, pool and beach service.
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Strong understanding of family resort dynamics and guest flow management.
• Knowledge of labor scheduling, productivity, covers, and cost awareness.
• Excellent communication and coordination across departments.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to train and motivate a large service team.
• Pre-opening or destination resort experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the all-day dining brasserie, pool bar and beach service areas.
• Maintain consistent service delivery across breakfast, lunch, afternoon and peak family periods.
• Monitor service flow, table turnover, seating, display standards and guest engagement.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Beverage, Recreation and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain control of guest preferences, dietary requirements and VIP arrangements.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and operational checks.
• Address guest feedback with calmness and practical follow-up.
• Support revenue through upselling and promotion of resort offerings.
• Ensure cleanliness, mise en place, menus and service presentation.
• Train and coach associates on all-day dining discipline and family-friendly etiquette.
