Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Italo-Provençale overwater restaurant. You will lead daily operations, maintain refined service, and ensure an ultra-luxury guest experience with VIP guests and high-profile events.

The role requires luxury fine dining expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in F&B management within luxury hotels or resort settings and experience with premium beverage service,

Qualifications

3–5 years of Food and Beverage experience in luxury fine dining or ultra-luxury hotels.
Strong experience with Mediterranean/Italian/French Riviera-inspired concepts is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of premium beverage presentation and refined service sequence.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operation of the specialty restaurant in line with Rosewood, Forbes and LQA standards.
Maintain refined service sequence, table presence, pacing, ambience and product presentation.
Ensure the dining experience reflects the elegance, warmth and culinary identity of the Italo-Provençale concept.
Coordinate with Culinary and Beverage teams on menu storytelling and service details.
Manage reservations, VIP guests, celebrations and high-profile dining arrangements.
Conduct pre-service briefings covering guest profiles and dietary needs.
