Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing plans for residential developments in Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with Development, Sales, Commercial, Brand and Customer Experience teams to bring compelling residential propositions to market, from positioning to post-launch campaigns.

The role requires leading multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio strategy and Qiddiya brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within residential real estate or destinations.
• Experience in residential launches and go-to-market planning.
• Strong segmentation, positioning and proposition development.
• Excellent stakeholder, agency and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for residential developments.
• Define positioning, value propositions, target audiences and messaging.
• Plan and manage residential launches across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, media, content, PR, events, and activations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Brand and Customer Experience teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure activities align with the residential portfolio strategy and Qiddiya brand.
