Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Residential Marketing Portfolio to steer strategy and portfolio planning across its residential assets within the masterplan. You will translate development and commercial objectives into compelling propositions and audience strategies, delivering integrated marketing plans across multiple districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications or related discipline. Master’s degree advantageous.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to residential, real estate, destination, lifestyle or property marketing.
• Strong experience in portfolio marketing, residential marketing, real estate development marketing or go-to-market strategy.
• Proven experience developing positioning, customer segmentation and marketing strategies for complex portfolios or large-scale developments.
• Experience managing multiple projects, launches and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to connect marketing activity to sales and development objectives.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and executive presentation capabilities.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and complex cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience within Saudi Arabia or GCC real estate, giga-projects, mixed-use developments or destination developments would be highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage overarching marketing portfolio strategy for Qiddiya's residential assets and developments.
• Translate development objectives, masterplan priorities and commercial requirements into clear marketing strategies.
• Develop portfolio segmentation, positioning and value propositions across residential products and audiences.
• Ensure differentiating yet aligned residential projects within the wider Qiddiya brand.
• Identify portfolio opportunities, gaps, overlaps and synergies across developments.
• Support long-term portfolio planning and future residential launches.
