Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director of Strategic Market Analysis within the Residential Business Unit to shape the rollout of a large residential portfolio in Riyadh. You will translate market data into actionable recommendations on product mix, pricing, and timing for senior leadership.

You will build supply-demand models, assess regulatory and financing trends, and collaborate with Development Strategy, Investment, and Design to support highest and best-use studies and investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance preferred, engineering acceptable.
• MBA degree, Masters in Economics or Master in Finance preferred.
• Extensive management consulting or real estate consulting background (3+ years, 6+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of real estate products through consulting engagements or real estate firms.
• Experienced with supply/demand models.
• Developed highest and best use models and trade area assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and segment Riyadh residential market to inform product rollout.
• Monitor shifts in residential market dynamics, including regulation and financing changes.
• Identify high-value products to increase marketability and yield.
• Create and maintain a residential supply/demand model.
• Conduct scenario analysis on residential demand.
• Develop best-use analyses for masterplans and plots.
• Create presentations for management and BoD inputs.
