Qiddiya is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead the development and delivery of marketing plans for its residential projects. You will shape positioning, go-to-market strategy, and manage launches from pre-launch to post-launch.

You will collaborate with Development, Sales, Commercial, Brand and Customer Experience teams to bring compelling residential propositions to market, and to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and align with the Qiddiya brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within residential real estate, property development, destinations or mixed-use developments
• Demonstrated experience in residential launches, go-to-market planning and integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, positioning and proposition development
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports residential sales
• Excellent stakeholder, agency, and project management capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC real estate market would be an advantage

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver marketing plans for assigned residential projects
• Define positioning, value propositions, target audiences and key messaging for assigned projects
• Plan and manage residential launches across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, content, PR, events and activations
• Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to align marketing activity with sales and customer acquisition objectives
• Monitor residential market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning
• Develop marketing collateral and customer-facing materials to support residential launches and sales activities
• Coordinate with Residential Development, Masterplanning, District Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience teams
• Manage creative, media and specialist agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Monitor campaign and marketing performance against agreed KPIs and recommend optimization opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets, project timelines and key deliverables
• Ensure all activities align with the overall residential portfolio strategy and Qiddiya brand
