Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years in hotel reservations, proficiency with Opera PMS, and fluent English. You will supervise bookings, train staff, manage group blocks and handle VIP requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservation for 2–3 years.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS or equivalent PMS.
• Fluent English with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
