Job summary

IBIS in Jeddah is seeking a Reservationist for the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program. You will maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by handling reservations under the Space Controller's guidance.

Open to fresh graduates; basic English is required; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You will work within hotel guidelines, contribute to occupancy targets, and promote hotel services.

Qualifications

• Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
• Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Basic English skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests over the phone in a friendly, courteous manner
• Records reservation information accurately; identifies and records group and transient business codes
• Informs other departments of VIP arrivals
• Identifies commissionable reservations and secures required information
• Records and processes deposit information
• Identifies and records special billing instructions; approves credit after consultation with the Space Controller
• Files all reservations in a systematic order for easy referral
• Contributes to maximum occupancy of the hotel by assisting in maintaining accurate inventory control for rooms
• Assists with the preparation of the four day forecast and VIP list
• Maximises customer satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting hotel restaurants and other services and facilities to guests
