Job summary

Unifonic in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant to drive digital transformation through cloud communications, leading a virtual team of sales, engineers, and support. You will build strong customer relationships, influence long-term strategy, and deliver product demos that showcase Unifonic's value to CXOs and technology decision-makers.

Requirements include +4 years in selling technology solutions and a Bachelor's in IT or related field; fluency in Arabic and English is

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience selling technology solutions or delivering customer-facing services.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
Ability to map customer needs to product/service offerings.
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Lead collaboration between Sales, Engineering, and Support to drive digital transformation for customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and engage with executives.
Deliver product demos and pilots to show value to prospects and clients.
Translate customer requirements into workable cloud communication solutions and remove deployment blockers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close deals and ensure customer success.
