Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing and emerging cybersecurity environment
• Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
• Good skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of IT security products and services, Cloud and SASE
• Ability to develop and implement effective technical solutions and strategies
• Business acumen and process driven
• Experience in customer and partner relationship management and business development
• Fluent English and Arabic language
• Willingness to travel
• You can work remotely, with regular visits of the office by demand

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers
• Develop and implement effective technical strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Track and present regular reports on team performance to SE Director
• Provide ongoing training and development to the team
• Coordinate with strategic accounts and MEDDPICC as part of account planning
