Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment: close supply-demand gaps to improve booking availability.
• Utilization and efficiency: maintain healthy utilization and reduce unfulfillment week over week.
• Customer experience: resolve issues with empathy and speed to boost satisfaction.
• Data: own clean, accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment and quality.
• Proactive operations: perform outbound calls to quality standards and support optimization projects.
