Job summary

Uae Job Alert is seeking a Logistics Executive in Saudi Arabia to provide operational and administrative support across stores and brand teams. You will coordinate shipments, verify freight invoices, and manage documentation with cross-functional teams including finance, inventory, marketing and legal.

The role involves preparing MIS reports, maintaining master files, and ensuring timely stock and documentation flows for smooth store openings and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations and shipment coordination.
• Ability to verify freight invoices and calculate duties.
• Proficiency in import/export documentation and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Verify freight invoices against quotations and duty calculations.
• Maintain master files for freight, duties, shipments, and related information.
• Coordinate and book shipments with approved logistics vendors to secure best rates.
• Maintain overseas shipment records and coordinate customs clearance and delivery schedules.
• Prepare MIS and logistics reports for management.
• Coordinate with Accounts for voucher processing and payments to principals.
• Handover GCC-related stock and shipment documentation to Logistics Department.
