Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist based in Saudi Arabia. The role blends hands‑on technical support with merchant onboarding, API validation, and production‑readiness testing for a fintech/crypto environment.

You will configure payments, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with international merchants and engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth Go‑Live experiences. Remote work and growth into senior roles are highlighted.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in L2/L3 technical support, ideally fintech/crypto/payments.
• Hands-on experience with system logs and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs and JSON.
• Proficient with Postman to validate API requests and troubleshoot integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail for production configurations and credentials.
• Proactive, self-directed, quick learner in a fast-evolving fintech environment.
• Fluent Russian (spoken written) and English at B2/C1 level.
• Ability to write concise incident reports and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and payment methods.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure production readiness.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing logs, SQL queries, and monitoring data to identify root causes.
• Use Grafana and other observability tools to trace errors across systems.
• Prepare incident reports and document troubleshooting steps for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international merchants and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
