Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an ELD Specialist based in Saudi Arabia for a fully remote role supporting safe and compliant transportation operations. You will be a key technical resource for drivers, dispatchers, and fleet teams, resolving ELD issues and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will monitor ELD data, prepare required reports, train teams on ELD usage, and collaborate with vendors and internal tech teams to drive continuous compliance and improvements in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on experience with ELD systems in transportation.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA ELD regulations and Hours of Service.
• Proven troubleshooting ability with end-user guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for ELD hardware/software issues and guide users to resolution.
• Assist drivers and fleet managers with ELD questions, ensuring prompt responses.
• Monitor ELD data for compliance and prepare reports for audits and safety.
• Train teams on ELD usage, HOS, and log maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and tech teams to resolve recurring issues.
