Job summary

Jobgether seeks an Afterhours Driver Support Specialist based in Saudi Arabia. This fully remote role supports drivers during night shifts, coordinating with dispatchers, brokers, and teammates to resolve issues quickly and keep operations moving.

You will use TMS and other digital tools, maintain clear communication, and contribute to process improvements while working with a proactive, international team. Training is provided remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer support, logistics, dispatch, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Empathetic, customer-focused approach when interacting with drivers and partners.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently.
• Familiar with computer software, communication platforms, and logistics systems.
• Willingness to work 8-hour afterhours/night shifts, including weekends.
• Remote work availability from Poland.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers during afterhours and night shifts.
• Listen to drivers' concerns and provide practical solutions.
• Assist drivers with loads, receivers, shippers, routing, and related issues to keep operations on schedule.
• Use TMS to identify load numbers and retrieve shipment information.
• Coordinate with brokers and stakeholders for additional instructions or support.
• Communicate clearly via Slack and dispatchers to ensure timely information flow.
• Maintain accurate communication and follow through to resolution.
• Work with at least one teammate per shift and take ownership when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements for afterhours support.
