Qualifications

• University degree, with a focus on Engineering or Information and Communications Technology.
• Proven track record in delivering successful business outcomes and meeting sales quotas in international markets.
• Experience in Defence sector is mandatory.
• Strong local market presence and network in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel internationally and spend over 65% on the road.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Arabic is a must; English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and account management in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive sales growth and expand market presence.
• Represent the company at regional exhibitions and defense events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
• Manage opportunities, pipeline, forecasting, and prioritization.
• Lead negotiations and deal closures with international clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and governance; report KPIs to senior management.
• Coordinate bids and tender processes with internal teams.
