Job summary

Board Intelligence is seeking a junior commercial professional based in Riyadh to own early-stage sales in KSA. You will run discovery calls and product demos independently, converting inbound enquiries into qualified opportunities while representing Board Intelligence in the market.

The role is fully remote, with occasional client visits across Riyadh, reporting to the Sales Director in Dubai. You will build a pipeline, collaborate with the regional leadership, and work with Marketing and

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Based in Riyadh with the ability to attend client offices regularly.
• Experience in a commercial or client-facing role, SDR, BDR, junior account executive, or similar.
• Comfortable running discovery calls and product demonstrations without senior support in the room.
• Strong understanding of KSA and GCC business culture, etiquette, and stakeholder expectations.
• Confident, credible, and composed when engaging with senior leaders.
• Highly organised and self-directed, with the discipline to manage a full workload autonomously.
• Commercially curious and motivated by growth, both your own and the company's.
• Experience in B2B, professional services, SaaS, or governance-related environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls and product demonstrations independently with senior stakeholders.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across KSA.
• Represent Board Intelligence at client offices, events, and roundtables in Riyadh and across KSA.
• Convert inbound enquiries into qualified meetings and active pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records across regional activity and next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and Associate Director to progress opportunities.
• Work with Marketing and Revenue teams to sharpen outreach messaging for a new market.
