• Identify strategic business opportunities and growth initiatives to advance the Group’s portfolio
• Manage company strategy and M&A initiatives from inception to completion, with a specific focus on the gaming industry
• Oversee C-suite, Executive/Investment Committee, and Board presentations, reports, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance market positioning, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
• Conduct in-depth industry analysis, including trends in gaming, streaming, content production, and digital transformation
• Source and manage research and industry data to support market analysis and business development
