Partner Company is seeking a Product Lead based in Saudi Arabia to shape product strategy and drive innovative iGaming solutions. You will mentor Product Managers, oversee roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value in a fully remote, international setting.

You will leverage analytics, experimentation, and market insights to optimize product performance while aligning with strategic growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong PM experience in iGaming industry.
• Ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytics, metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
• Translate business goals and market insights into clear product strategies.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a remote, international environment.
