Responsibilities

• Identify and originate development opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Build investment cases, secure land and capital, and manage partnerships.
• Lead feasibility, design, procurement, and construction through completion.
• Develop and grow the development pipeline with external and internal stakeholders.
