Job summary

PwC Middle East in Riyadh is seeking a Corporate Finance Director to lead origination to execution of M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships. You will work with a market-leading team to advise growing companies seeking capital and to negotiate terms with corporate counsel.

The role requires a strong deal network in Saudi Arabia, bilingual English and Arabic, and willingness to travel across the Middle East. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Strong M&A experience and active client network in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East region and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Execute live transactions for inbound and outbound investments.
• Provide advisory to growth-stage companies seeking capital.
• Lead deal pricing negotiations with clients and legal teams.
• Prepare pitches and support deal origination.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Engage with senior management to assess performance and commercial considerations.
• Deliver valuation analyses to support informed decision-making.
