Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking a Draftsman / BIM Modeler to join their contracting and construction team in a remote-work setup. The role involves preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings to support site execution and approvals.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology and 2–4 years of drafting experience, with advanced AutoCAD skills and BIM experience preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology.
• 2–4 years of drafting experience in construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare shop drawings for civil, architectural and finishing works.
• Prepare coordination drawings and assist in resolving clashes between disciplines.
• Update drawings according to consultant comments and site changes.
• Prepare as-built drawings for handover.
• Develop and maintain BIM models where required.
• Maintain an organized drawing register in coordination with document control.
