DAR AL OMRAN – RASEM BADRAN (DAO-Badran) is seeking an experienced and technically capable BIM Specialist to support the development, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary architectural and engineering projects.

This role requires a BIM professional with strong expertise in model development, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, BIM quality control, and Common Data Environment workflows, ensuring that project models and deliverables comply with established BIM standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM models, documentation, and coordination workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Combine architectural, structural, and MEP discipline models into a coordinated federated model
• Establish and maintain clash detection strategies, rules, and coordination matrices
• Perform model coordination and identify design conflicts using Navisworks Manage
• Evaluate detected clashes, assign responsibility, monitor progress, and verify closure
• Create model viewpoints and track technical issues through ACC Issue Management
• Prepare model coordination reports, status summaries, and BIM performance dashboards
• Support the integration of model information and reporting data into Power BI
• Apply BIM quality review processes to verify compliance with LOD, LOI, EIR, and AIR requirements
• Review models using Revit Model Checker and other model-validation applications
• Identify model quality concerns and issue model health and compliance reports
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and upload of BIM deliverables at agreed project milestones
• Maintain the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and monitor the status of scheduled submissions
• Review Revit model setup, including parameters, shared coordinates, naming conventions, and information structure
• Support COBie data preparation, checking, and extraction
• Attend BIM coordination workshops, technical meetings, and site meetings
• Liaise with designers, consultants, supervision teams, and contractors to resolve model discrepancies and information gaps
• Assist in improving BIM templates, project standards, quality checklists, workflows, and Revit family libraries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline
• A recognised BIM qualification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is highly desirable
• Minimum 7 years of professional BIM and Revit experience
• Advanced practical knowledge of Navisworks Manage
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and information-management requirements, including ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, LOD, and LOI
• Proven experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Aconex, or comparable Common Data Environment platforms
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Power BI, and model-review or validation tools
• Strong experience in model federation, multidisciplinary coordination, clash management, BIM QA/QC, and information validation
• Previous involvement in the preparation and review of BIM milestone submissions and compliance documentation
• Excellent analytical, technical-review, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in models and project information
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a fast-paced, site-based project environment
