Job summary

Becarabia in Makkah is seeking a Senior Draftsman to deliver precise 2D and 3D drawings for major infrastructure and construction projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers, ensure SBC compliance, manage drawing libraries, and support on-site coordination while mentoring junior draftsmen.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, with knowledge of SBC and BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of drafting experience for construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and related regulations.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and standards; registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, plans, and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and ensure compliance with SBC and standards.
• Maintain an organized database of drawings and related documentation.
• Collaborate with construction teams to address on-site challenges and provide technical support.
• Update drawings to reflect as-built conditions during construction.
